Peacefully, in the excellent and tender care of the staff at Cuan Chaitriona nursing home, Castlebar.

She will be Sadly missed by the Sisters of Mercy, Western Province, her sisters Bridie O’Connell (Cork), Tina Gorman (Longford), Josephine (Joey) Doocey (coolcran, Ballina) in-law’s, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Mc Gowans Funeral Home Ballina on Sunday evening from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to St. Patricks Church, Ballina arriving at 8.30.pm .

Mass of Christian Burial on Monday  at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in The Convent Cemetery.
