The death has occurred of Simon (Simi) McElhatton of 15 Fenian Row, Ballina, Co. Mayo peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving wife and family.

Simi predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary, brothers Séamus and Thomas.

Simi beloved husband of Sharon and devoted father to his children. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife and his family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his residence (Eircode F26 N5W7) on Wednesday evening 12th June from 6 until 8pm and Thursday evening 13th June from 6 until 8pm.

Funeral will arrive to St Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina on Friday morning 14th June for Requiem Mass at 11:00am followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

Simi’s funeral Mass will be live streamed on
