Predeceased by her beloved husband Fred, parents Mary Ann & Martin Costello, brother Paddy.

Peacefully at her daughter Sandra`s residence surrounded by her loving family, daughters Sandra and Patricia, sons Brendan and Frank. Sally will be deeply regretted by her loving and very much loved family, sister Mary Worman , son-in-law Martin, daughter-in-law Bernadette, grandchildren Patrick, Sarah and Brendan, sister-in-law Maureen Mullin (Boyle) and her husband Eamon , brother-in-law Tony, nephew,niece, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGowan`s funeral home on Thursday evening from 6.30pm with removal at 8.pm to St. Muredach`s Cathedral.

Requiem mass on Friday morning at 11.am with burial afterwards in Leigue cemetery.
