Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Iris & Jack & his brother Martyn.
Phillip, beloved husband of Mary & loving father of David, Stephanie & Phillip (Jnr).
Sadly, missed by his wife, daughter, sons, grandchildren Francesca, Katelyn, Eoin, Evan, Andrew, Fiadh & Cillian, daughters-in-law Michele & Laureen, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.
Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballina on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Cremation will take place on Wednesday at 1pm in Shannon Crematorium.
