Peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Vera and his parents Kate & Patrick. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters and son, Kathy Hirchak (Cleveland Ohio), Carol Leonard (Bofeenaun), Kevin ( Mount Assumpta), Ann Clarke (Gurteens, Ballina), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach`s Cathedral, Ballina on Tuesday for Mass of the Resurrection at 12.30pm with funeral afterwards to Leigue Cemetery via Lord Edward, St, and Mount Assumpta.

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines Paddy`s funeral will be private for family only. 

A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
