Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital. Mary, predeceased by her parents Eugene and Nellie Doherty and her brother Angelo. Beloved wife of Paddy and loving mother of Denis (Nantucket Massachusetts), Jarlath (Cape Cod, MA), Paul and Padraig (Cape Cod, MA), Eleanor (Ballina) and Martha Baird (Ballina). She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, daughter in-law Debbie, son in-law James, sisters in-law Phil Doherty and Mary Crosson, brothers in-law Billy and Jim, grandchildren Darragh, Jack, Ian, Ethan, Andrew, Marc and Alex, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her daughter Martha’s residence for family and close friends only on Tuesday from 4:00PM (Autumn Lane, Downhill Road, Ballina).
Reposing at McGowans Funeral Home, Ballina on Wednesday from 4:00PM with removal at 6:00PM to St. Muredachs Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 11:30AM with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery for burial after.
