Predeceased by his father Liam.

Jake will be dearly missed by his heartbroken mother Mary, brothers Conan and Lee, grandfather Sean, fiancee Sinead Cronin, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Donna, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at McGowans funeral home on Saturday evening from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral will arrive at St. Muredachs cathedral on Monday for Funeral mass at 12.30 with funeral proceeding afterwards to  Leigue cemetery.

Family flowres only, donations if desired to Grainne Uaile and River Moy Search and Rescue.

House private on Monday morning.
