Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents James and Nora.

Beloved husband and best friend of Catherine, and loving father of Fiona, Lorraine, Deirdre, Mary and Edward.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, brother Padraic, sisters Mary and Delia, sons-in-law, Maurice, Billy and Damien, daughter-in-law, Sinéad, grandchildren, Seán, Conor, Luke, Ollie, Kate, Liam, Ronan, Holly, Lily, James, Anna and Daniel, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in peace.

Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening from 5.30p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Funeral Cortege will leave his residence on Saturday morning at 11.30 a.m. to arrive to St. Joseph’s Church, Castleconnor for 12 noon requiem mass, followed by burial in Killanley Cemetery.

No flowers please.

  6. Very sorry to hear of Eammon’s passing. I have a very fond memory of him taking us out to the field one summer evening and shearing a sheep in a flash. The sheep and I didn’t know what just happened! Truly a gentle man whose presence will be missed and never forgotten. My condolences to all of the O’ Hara’s.
