Peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital on the 18th August 2020.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband John, daughters and sons, Deirdre, Áine, Fionnuala, Brian and Kevin, her sisters Patricia & Geraldine, brother Gerard, daughter-in-law Sharon, sons-in-law Ivan, Michael and Cormac, her adored grandchildren Andrew, Conor, Sean, Belinda, Stephen, Emily, Joe, Matilda, Luke, Juliet and Sophie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Carmel will repose at McGowan`s Funeral Home, Ballina on Thursday evening, 20th, from 6.30pm until 7.30pm for family and close friends only please. 

Funeral cortege will arrive to St. Muredach`s Cathedral, Ballina on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.

Face coverings are strongly advised for Funeral Mass. Funeral Mass can be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org. 

Committal service will take place on Saturday morning at 10.45 am in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin. No flowers by request.

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines Carmel funeral will be private to family and close friends only.
