Peacefully at his residence predeceased by his sons Bertie, Stephen and Joseph and son-in-law John.

Bertie is deeply regretted by his beloved wife Rita , sons Stuart and Anthony, daughters Mary and Anna, brother Joe, sisters Joan and Noreen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGowan`s funeral home on Sunday from 3.pm with removal at 5.pm to St. Muredach`s Cathedral.

Mass of the Resurrection on Monday morning at 11.am with burial afterwards in Leigue cemetery.
